Bartlett's test for equal variances

Tests if three or more samples have equal variances. Requires that the samples are independent and normally distributed. The Shapiro-Wilk Expanded test can be used to check if samples are normally distributed.
Tests the hypotheses:
H0 The samples have equal variances  
H1 The sample variances are unequal
